The Opportunity
Coach and lead an implementation team of professionals as they deploy mission-critical Health Care solutions across Canada, Develop methodologies and procedures that meet immediate client needs. Ensure that projects can scale to meet demand.
Reporting directly to the President, you'll apply your knowledge of the health sector and home/community, sharing your expertise in agency systems, administrative and clinical issues, culture, and budgetary issues.
And do it all for a fast-growing company with a promising future.

Experience:
Participation in the delivery of mission critical Health Care IT systems - Comprehensive understanding of the Ontario health sector - Significant experience in health sector, ideally in a nursing, or health management role - Project experience, ideally in the healthcare environment - Coaching and change management experience.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Application Systems Development or Degree in Computer -- Science OR Professional health certification in nursing, therapy or similar health qualification
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
- Two (2) years experience as a project manager in the IT industry
- five (5) years experience in the IT industry
Performance Measures:
- Delivery, and implementation of a quality oriented software deployment methodology
- Measuring and meeting project timelines
- Diploma in Application Systems Development or Degree in Computer Science OR Professional health certification in nursing, therapy or similar health qualification
- Project management certification (PMP preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation i.e. own vehicle
- Some travel required to attend out-of-town meetings, meetings with clients, etc.
